1. The promoter
This promotion is conducted by FreightInsure Pty Ltd (ABN 56 659 137 550; AFSL 549662) of Level 10, 45 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (the Promoter).

2. Promotional period
Entry opens at 7:00am AEST on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and closes at 2:59pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026 (the Promotional Period).
3. Who can enter
To be eligible, you must:
Immediate family member means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not living in the same household.
4. How to enter
To enter, you must have your MegaTrans 2026 event pass scanned by a FreightInsure team member at Stand J19 during the Promotional Period. Having your pass scanned is your entry into the prize draw.
For an entry to be valid, the pass presented must have a phone number and/or an email address associated with it. The Promoter uses these details to contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize. Entries where no contact details are recorded against the pass cannot be included in the draw.
One entry per person for the duration of the Promotional Period, regardless of how many times a pass is scanned.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
Having your pass scanned also means you agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by email. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting hello@freightinsure.com.au. Withdrawing consent does not affect your entry in the draw.
5. The prize
There is one prize: a LEGO® Maersk Dual-Fuel Container Vessel building set (set number 40955), with a recommended retail price of AU$249.99 including GST.
Total prize pool value: AU$249.99 including GST.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.
6. The draw
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026 at Stand J19, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf VIC 3006.
The draw will be conducted by a FreightInsure representative. Valid entries will be exported from the MegaTrans 2026 lead capture application and a single entry selected using a random number generator. The Promoter will retain a record of the entry list and the draw result.
The winner will be notified in person at Stand J19 where they are present at the time of the draw, and otherwise by phone and/or email using the contact details associated with their event pass. The winner's first name and organisation will be published at www.freightinsure.com/megatrans-2026-prize-draw-terms-and-conditions within seven (7) days of the draw.
Chance plays a part in determining the winner. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Claiming the prize
The winner may collect the prize in person from Stand J19 at any time between the draw and 4:30pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026.
If the prize is not collected in person by 4:30pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026, the Promoter will arrange to post it to the winner at the Promoter's cost, within Australia or New Zealand.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner using the phone number and/or email address associated with their event pass in order to confirm a delivery address. If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not provide a valid delivery address, within ten (10) days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited.
Where a prize is forfeited, the Promoter may at its discretion conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries, subject to any applicable directions of a relevant authority.
Where no valid entries are received, or the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the draw, the Promoter will publish that fact at www.freightinsure.com/megatrans-2026-prize-draw-terms-and-conditions.
8. Acceptance by the winner
You are responsible for confirming that acceptance of the prize is permitted under your employer's gift, benefit or conflict of interest policies. Where acceptance would breach such a policy, the winner may nominate an alternative recipient within their organisation, or decline the prize, in which case clause 7 applies as though the prize were forfeited.
9. Photography and publicity
The Promoter would like to photograph the winner receiving the prize and publish that photograph on its website and social media channels, together with the winner's first name and organisation.
Participation in a photograph is entirely optional. You may decline and still receive the prize. If you agree at the time and later change your mind, contact hello@freightinsure.com.au and the Promoter will remove the photograph from channels it controls as soon as reasonably practicable.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects your name, organisation, job title, email address and phone number from your event pass when it is scanned.
The Promoter collects this information to administer this promotion, contact the winner, arrange delivery of the prize, and to send you marketing communications about FreightInsure by email. You may withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting hello@freightinsure.com.au.
If you do not provide contact details associated with your pass, the Promoter cannot include you in the draw.

11. Disputes
Any dispute concerning the conduct of this promotion or the claiming of the prize should be raised with the Promoter in writing at hello@freightinsure.com.au within fourteen (14) days of the draw, setting out the nature of the dispute.
The Promoter will investigate and respond in writing within fourteen (14) days of receiving the dispute. Where the dispute is not resolved to the entrant's satisfaction, the entrant may refer the matter to NSW Fair Trading.
12. General
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not recorded, are lost, or are corrupted due to technical failure of the event lead capture application or any other cause outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, has tampered with the entry process, submitted a fraudulent entry, or acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable directions of a relevant authority.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
