Our Story
We hate it when customers are unhappy – it’s the worst. You’re asked to take responsibility for freight dramas you can’t control, or afford. So everyone’s unhappy.
With over 20 years on the claims side, we wanted to finally solve the things people hated about freight. We stood in your shoes and felt your pain – the endless red tape, painfully slow processing, data chaos, huge cash outlays, and half-baked cover. Things had to be done differently, but insurance is hardly the most open or innovative industry to deal with! We gave it a crack anyway.
It came down to finding the best people to build a new kind of insurance tech – able to embed protection into your freight bookings, and effortlessly manage claims. At scale.
When the transport sector saw that we made life easier and more profitable for them – and their customers – they wanted in.
